Our approach
The delivery of tailor-made solutions for our customers receives central focus in the realisation of projects. During the handling of requests and our consultancy cycles, issues are raised that may strongly vary in nature.

In order to adequately address these issues, a project leader is directly appointed for each customer. This project leader has all the necessary expertise and remains the fixed point of contact for the principal during the course of the project.

It is important to provide a transparent problem definition at the earliest possible stage. This problem definition finds its way into the Operational Requirement. Based on this, Steven's experts will perform a project and cost analysis for the project in question. The result is a custom quotation, complete with an Action Plan.

The objective of the Action Plan is to make the points of departure optimally transparent to all parties concerned, and to provide a basis for a structured project approach.

The success factors of this approach lie in the combination of expertise from the various disciplines, the organisational skills and of course our constructive collaboration with principals and partners.
